Thats about it.
I know my SAT are extremely low but I think I can bring it up to 1600 or 1800
retaking in oct.

I really want to get into Berkeley please give me some advice on wat to do.
Also wat are the subj. test should I take for berkley.

UC's base their GPA on soph/junior year. If you indeed did get all A's in your soph/junior year then very nice. However, your SATs are very very low. Raise them immediately.

I'm curious to know how you got an A in your AP English Lang/Comp but can't pass ~450 in CR and Writing...

I am a extremely bad test taker.
I got a 490 in critical reading and I messed up big time in my writing
I read the passage wrong and wrote about something completely off, found out 10 min. into the test.
I'm pretty sure that I can raise it to 1600 or 1800

I'm sure if you bring up your score to like 1700 or 1800 you'll be in for sure. My friend is going to Berkeley with a 1820 but very high rank/gpa.

SAT way too low for Berkeley. Where is your awards section? EC's look average, but enough. If you did get straight As in sophomore and junior year, then, yeah, a 1900+ on the SAT would probably do you into Cal. Otherwise:

Berkeley: Reach (Slight Reach once you get your SATs up)
UCLA/UCSD: Reach (Slight Reach/High Match once you get those SATs up)

As for awards:
I dont have much academic awards besides 4.0 certificates for four semesters in a row.
I did win a couple races:
2nd Place junior div. DFS: Galleria 5kilometer Run
1st PLace junior div. BMS 5kilomiter Run
and many more awards from assorted races.

Raise your SAT at least 400 points or so. Otherwise, the schools will probably think (and rightly so) grade inflation. UCs are known for overlooking poor standardized tests when grades are very high, but not to such a degree.

Take whatever two subjects you're best at, as long as they're in different categories.
