Chances at University of Vermont (college board vs. vermont website)

<p>College board is telling me that Vermont's average SAT is
530-630 R
540-640 M
530-620 W</p>

<p>Now, the Vemont website is telling me their average is 610/610/615. That's obviously a big difference because my scores are 560/530/590. Their GPA is not reported, but I have a 3.2 ish at a top ranked private school in PA. I am horrible in Math and failed one quarter last year, but passed for the year. Besides that, my grades are good, especially in my intended major, English or Political Science. Average Ec's and good essay w/ one rec sent in so far (the 2nd should be in next week.) So do you think I have a shot?</p>

<p>Trust the college website not the college board one. (Note: you are applying to University of Vermont, not College Board University..........)</p>

<p>Yeah I thought about that, but then again college board is the maker of the SAT so I kind of figured they knew what they were talking about?</p>
