Chances at UPenn, Cornell, ED choices?

Hi all, I'm about to finish up junior year so my profile is pretty complete and I stumbled upon this website a while ago and I am now curious about this chancing stuff.

Basically as far as demographics go, I'm your typical upper-middle class white male from New Jersey, but I'm curious as to what my chances would be at some good schools with a not-perfect GPA but excellent science extracurriculars.

GPA: 4.06 (Weighted)
Rank: Top 10% (That's as much as we get, however, the highest GPA is a 4.15 I believe)
SAT: 2270 (770 M, 780 W, 720 CR)
SAT II: 800 (Bio M) 780 (US History)
AP's: World History (5), Will take the following tests: APUSH, AP Bio, AP Eng. Lang, AP Micro, AP Human Geography

As far as course load, I've taken the most rigorous classes starting sophomore year (Had two regular classes freshman year)

School EC's: ( Junior Position -> Senior Position) (Senior Position)
-Habitat for Humanity (Treasurer -> President)
-FBLA (Treasurer -> Vice President)
-Science Research Club (Founder, President since Junior year)
-NJ Science League (Top Scorer for Chem and Bio in school)
-German Honor Society (Vice President)
-National Honor Society (Treasurer)
-JV XC (Sophomore + Junior)
-JV Track (Sophomore)

Outside of School EC's:
-Hospital Volunteering ~200 Hours
-Habitat Volunteering ~50 Hours
-Job at Vet (Since sophomore year)

-Research on Auditory Neurology at Rutgers (Sophomore - Junior Summer, ~50 Hours)
-Research on Sonic Hedgehog spinal nerve growth (This summer, plan to do about 100 hours total)
-Independent research on the effects of dopamine on memory (With my bio teacher)

Awards:
-Basic school honor roll and stuff
-NJ Biology League High Scorer (Teacher told me about this, I will get something latter this year I suppose)
-Rutgers Science competition, 1st place (Can't go into details here)
-National neuroscience competition finalist

Welp, that's about it. The three schools I am looking at most are University of Pennsylvania CAS, Cornell CAS, and Johns Hopkins, and I plan to apply ED to one of these schools. (UPenn is my first choice by the way)

Thanks in advance people!

Depending upon your UW GPA,you should be able to get into Johns Hopkins. UPenn and Cornell are still low reaches but you seem to have a reasonable shot

Thank you very much! My school does not report an UW GPA so I can’t speak for that. My class size is about 500 and I go to a public school.
