Chances at UPENN ED

I'm going to apply early to Penn and if denied probably Cornell or Brown. What are my chances?

GPA - Weighted: 100.10(don't know how 4.0 scale works)
Class Rank: 6/384

SAT I Math: 710
SAT I Critical Reading: 680
SAT I Writing: 580(choked as you can see)
Am retaking SATs in May should get around a 2100, I hope.
SAT II World History: 740; I am taking Math 2 and Bio in June, should get over 700 on both.

Classes:
Took AP World last year, got a 5. I am currently taking AP Lang. and Comp, AP Bio, and AP Econ-Macro. I will probably get a 5 on all 3. Next year, I am taking AP Calc-BC, AP Lit, and AP Chem, along with Spanish IV. Besides the APs I took all of the honors and advanced classes.

Extracurriculars:

Will attend PA governor's school of global entrepreneurship.(5 week summer program for gifted students)

Raise that SAT score. Penn Admissions: Incoming Class Profile according to this you have an 8% chance of being accepted with that Writing score...

your ranking and scores other than your SAT seem solid. for schools like penn, cornell, and brown, you might want to get more than 2100 and add a couple of ECs that would make you seem more driven.

The truth is, you're going to have to get that SAT score up at least 150-200 points to stand a chance. I think the combination of low SATs and weak EC's doesn't make you as strong a candidate as you could be. On the EC front, you can't change anything, but take the SATs again... You might be surprised. I don't know if Penn superscores.

Also, Brown RD is insanely competitive. So be aware. Cornell is very competitive as well, but not at the same level as Brown.
