Chances at USC, Full Sail, RIT, UC Santa Cruz?

Hi! I graduated high school in 2008 but I want to get back to school, and I'd like to know my chances at the following schools:
University of Southern California
Full Sail University
Rochester Institute of Technology
UC Santa Cruz

My Stats:
SAT Reasoning: 640 Critical Reading, 460 Math, 670 Writing/1770 cumulative (I know the math is really low :)
GPA: 3.7 unweighted
Rank: N/A, my school didn't rank
Classes: Over 7 electives, AP European History, made honor roll a few times
EC's: FCCLA, LEO Club, yearbook, newspaper, 8 years of guitar but not in a school-sanctioned activity, and I have been working anywhere from 20-48 hours a week since graduating and had part-time jobs during high school
Recommendation letters: If I need them, I could get really good ones from employers and old counselors/teachers

Background: From Pennsylvania, white female
Intended major: Game Design

I'm not sure if you need any other details. Also, are any of the schools below a good match for me?
Marist College
Champlain College
Brown College
Southern New Hampshire University
Columbia College Chicago
Daniel Webster College
Academy of Art University
Ringling College of Art and Design
Carnegie Mellon University
Baylor University
Becker College
Dakota State University
DePaul University
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
University of Denver
University of Houston – Victoria

I'm looking into schools with Game Design majors and definitely need some safeties/matches but I don't know which ones would fit. If none of those are good matches/safeties, could you recommend some that might be (that have a Game Design program)? Thank you sooo much!
