Top 50 Undergraduate Game Design Programs

Now I know the above list is a lot but the one I am mainly concerned with the game design program at USC. I am a Texas resident so I am going from out of state. Right now my GPA is a 3.14 (but this should go up to around a 3.6 by the end of junior year since I am getting all A's and B's and I am taking a few advanced classes). Right now I am in AP US history (I plan on taking the AP US exam), I haven't taken my SAT or ACT (I plan to do this in March). I am not very rich so I would like to get finnacial aid (I live with my single mom alone and she makes about 40k a year). Of course, I really don't mind if you guys are realistic. If I can't go in now I can always just take my basics at a local community college and work my way at USC.

So what do you guys think? Could I get into USC with a 3.14 GPA and an estimated SAT score of around 1610?
