<p>Sorryy, this is a repost but I figured out my weighted GPA.
In the fall I am planning on applying to the following:
USC
Occidental
USD
Santa Clara</p>

<p>Here are my stats:
GPA: 3.25 UW, 3.55 W
SAT: 2060 (M:690, V:680, W: 690)
ECs: 3 years on ASB, over 1000 volunteer hours at local summer camp, volunteer at local Wooden Boat Restoration Center/Museum, MUN awards, position on MUN leadership staff, Link Crew, started Ultimate Frisbee team at my school.</p>

<p>I understand that USC and Oxy are tough to get into, but I was wondering which GPA, weighted or unweighted, they pay attention to.

<p>Another question: Do colleges weight GPA's, or do they depend on high schools to do it? My high school weights rank, but not GPA, and I had to crunch the numbers to get mine. I am hoping colleges do because otherwise USC is lookin at a 3.25 instead of a 3.55.</p>

<p>Colleges will redo your GPA in their own way. Sometimes, a 4.0 in HS you got can be a 3.0 per the standards of some colleges.</p>
