I know how hard usc is to get into, I was just wondering how they weight extracurriculars and sats. I had a bad sophomore year and ended my junior year with a cumulative gpa of only 3.25. I got a 2060 (=1370) on my SATs, and my extracurriculars include 3 years on ASB, over 1000 community service hours at a local camp, as well as a leadership position in my schools MUN club and MUN awards. I know that it is still a reach, I was just wondering how much USC cares about extracurriculars, and if you have heard of anybody at USC with a high school GPA this low.
Thanks!

I know a guy who had a 2.8 and got into USC as a freshman. However, he was THE best high school water polo player in the country. If you know anything about USC's water polo team then you know that they are NCAA champions. Other than him, I know of no one who has gotten in with under a 3.6.

As for EC's, I would imagine USC would care about them. I would suggest applying undeclared and maybe writing one hell of an essay. That could get you in, but you are right...this will be a reach for you.
