Chances at UT Austin as a transfer.

Ok so a bit about me. Texas native. Born and raised in Austin actually. I spent my first year at a junior college, I was the manager of the soccer team here. I’m only 17, graduated at 16 my junior year. My GPA is about a 3.9. Below is my transcript from last semester with 17 hours, this semester I’m looking to make all A’s. I really have been beating myself up about that one B. Im also a female and hispanic if that helps any? I’m also looking into doing a bunch of community service seeing that i wasn’t really involved a lot in high school. Also gonna join Phi Theta Kappa.

I’m a psychology major applying to the school of liberal arts. However, I mistook the UT deadline and it’s due in 11 days and I still have to get letters of recommendation, perfect my essays and write the resume. So I am aiming for spring semester and will likely spend next fall at ACC or this junior college.
I’m very scared to transfer to ACC then UT because I really am aiming for that perfect GPA so I am undecided where i should spend that one semester. So my questions are…

Do they value early graduates?
How important is the resume and what should I include?
How will I look with letter of recommendations from my current school’s dean and members of the govt here? (small town and school)
Should I go to ACC or the junior college the one semester? Or maybe a university for the fall semester?
How important are the essays and what appeals to them?
Is Phi Theta Kappa a good look?

Thank you in advance! I really need some assurance, don’t really have much of a parental figure or someone who can help me out.

I got into UT Austin with a 3.2 UW/3.6 W GPA and a 33 on the ACT. My essays were pretty good (9/10) and I had some stellar rec letters. My EC’s were prolly the only reason I got into UTA, since I’m a nationally ranked debater.

I was accepted as a math major into the College of Natural Sciences (my first choice major)
