At the moment I am teetering on the 7% class rank at my high school. It is a very competitive charter high school with about 250 in my class. My class rank is around 6.5-7.5% so it is very close to the auto-admit. But, if my class rank falls because of grades/students leaving the school what would be my chances of still getting admitted?
Here are my stats:
3.85 UW
4.35 W
33 ACT
2070 (1460) SAT
I have taken all Honors classes through Freshman and Sophomore year then only taken Dual-Credit classes at a community college for my Junior and Senior year.

Do you live in Dallas or a suburb of dallas?

Suburb of Dallas. Mesquite.

Based on your stats, you should be higher than top 7% but yeah you should get in if you don’t make auto admit.

At my HS unfortunately it is full of high-achieving students who like me plan to attend Stanford, Duke, UT, UTA, UTD, Rice, etc. so the competition is fierce. Everyone has above a 3.3.

Are you still a senior?

Yes, I am a rising senior at the moment.

If you are top 7% on your Junior year-end transcript you don’t have to worry about changes in rank during senior year. You aren’t required to update class rank after your application has been submitted.

You are doing an amazing job, I think you should consider Harvard
