I'm a girl looking to major in aerospace engineering. I'm applying from out of state and I've visited the school twice. My grades are decent. As and Bs in challenging courses but I did get a C in chem sophomore year. My math and science aren't my strongest subjects (mostly Bs) but I'm very passionate about them still. my school is rated highly as well and My sat math is a 610 eng 630 writ 670. What are my chances? Thanks

Just to add, my school does not rank. I also have worked three of my four years in high school and played field hockey for my school along with some other extracurriculars.

I’d say a pretty low chance for engineering. A very small sliver of out of state school kids get accepted, and engineering is extremely difficult to get accepted into. You have a decent chance of acceptance, but its hard to say major wise.
