I Know I don't have much experience in the business field. However, I wish to go to Wharton to learn business in the art industry. Any advice, improvements, or chances would be much appriciated.

Your academics look pretty good. Of course always work to do better, but I don't think you'll get rejected because of them. So that leaves us with your activities.
So what Penn would look for is passion in what you do. Your music stuff looks great, but sports could use some boning up. Do you play in any tournaments (I'm thinking tennis mostly)? Do you think you could get either a ranking or some tournament wins to back up your sports deal? I think that would look great, it would round you out.
So you haven't really done much in business, but I think that'll be okay. I've heard that colleges will appreciate "late-bloomers" so to speak, if you demonstrate a sudden interest in something and really work at it. What this would mean is something like entrepreneurship. I know it sounds tough, but so will Wharton.
Heads up, a bit more leadership in your resume would look good.
One more thing I can think of: try to get a job. I know that in the summer it might be tough, but that would separate you so much from other kids who are in your league.
I can't think of much else right now. Good luck, you definitely have a shot!

Thanks for you advice cooledge.

Anyone else?

anyone want to give any tips on improvement?
