What are my chances at:
Williams (ED)
Haverford
Swarthmore
Pomona
Wesleyan
Colby
University of Rochester
Washington University in St. Louis
Whitman College
Occidental College
UCLA
UC Berkeley
UC San Diego

You should get into sd and maybe the other UCs, but all the privates other than Whitman and Oxy are real reaches.

even university of rochester and colby?

i'm from a rigorous private school in CA by the way and here are some stats i left out:
cum laude society (inducted junior year)
class rank: top 10%
AP scholar with honor
National Merit Commended Student
200+ hours community service
junior year, won "Washington University in St. Louis Book Award"

Do you think they're all big reaches because of my SAT I scores? My extracurriculars may not seem out of the box or anything but they take up pretty much all of my time and i really work hard in all of them--especially newspaper and theatre.

Colby definitely isn't as much of a reach as WUStL or Swat, but it's still somewhat of a reach. You might also consider Bates or Bowdoin, which don't require test scores; the rest of your application seems strong.

Your SAT scores do make Colby a reach but a more reasonable one that Williams, Swat and Pomona. ECs don't make up for low scores at top schools.

Might want to look at Holy Cross-Top30 LAC-which is SAT optional. Holy Cross is 1 hour from Boston and 25 minutes from the best ski area in Eastern Mass.

what were your AP scores?

bobby100...r u serious? just cuz the SATs are a bit lower (but still quite decent IMO) does not make all those schools reaches...

there is no certianty in any app, but all those are possible shots (williams, swarthmore and gwu are reaches...but relax regarding all the other schools on that list)

Yes quite. The schools are reaches Buzz for a candidate without a hook. An unhooked candidate needs to have stats at least average for the school, but usually they are considerably above average.
