My chances?

Hi...I've been having anxiety problems lately, just trying to figure out if I'll actually go to college! My top 10 list follows. What are my chances? I am a very average student I suppose :.

GPA: 3.65
Rank: 24/285 (8%)

Classes:
9th grade: Honor's Lit and Comp, Phys Ed, Health, Spanish 3 for one semester (I had problems with the teacher and left after the first semester), Algebra 1, Honor's Biology, Honors Civics and Geography, Small Ensemble (violin)

12th plans: AP World Lit, AP Spanish, AP Government, Trigonometry, Anatomy and Physiology, Yearbook, Drafting (practical art, is required. blegh.)

SAT will be taken in June (I don't expect great scores)
ACT Scores: English 28, Reading 26, Math 21, Science 22, Composite 24 (retaking in June)

Have recieved awards every year for maintaining a 3.5+ gpa

Extra curriculars:
9th grade I was in Avant Garde (an art club), Set crew, GSAADA (Gay-straight alliance and diversity awareness), Mock trial, Spring Play, Volleyball Team Manager

10th grade: Mock Trial, Fall play, Volleyball Team Manager, National Honor's Society

11th grade: Mock trial, Fall play, Spring play, National Honor's Society

12th grade plans: Mock trial, Fall play, Spring Play, National Honor's Society, International Thespian Society

I have a lot of volunteer hours racked up, too. Around 500 by the time I graduate, probably.

I have two autistic brothers (THat's not really academic but it's been a large factor related to my grades. I don't know if that makes a difference to them or not- but it's impossible to study when you have to babysit a screaming 5-7 year old child every day for three years).

The following is a list of schools I really like and would be happy to attend. However, I know very little about actual admission factors of some of them and I'd like help knowing more about them and if I have any chance. I don't want to spend $60 on an application fee for a college that everyone thinks I won't get into.

webster university
knox college
beloit college
washington university in st. louis (my mother more so wants me to go here- wants me to apply early-action)
swarthmore college
amherst college
middlebury
university of toronto
trinity college dublin
boston university
tufts university

I want to major in International Relations and Affairs and MAAAYBE double major but probably minor in Spanish, eventually want to go to law school for immigration law.

I believe you are somewhat heavy on reaches schools. You will have good chance at Knox and Beloit even if those schools are keep going up- they are matches for you. My advice apply early. Find something in your life that shows you more as a person than as a numbers. Your situation with family problems might be something you want to mention or even write essay about. LAC value great essays as much as your grades.
Go to your local library and read up on admission- there is plenty of info there if you care to look. Create your strategy.
Knox does not require test scores and your GPA is competitive enough. If you apply priority action/ deadline Nov1/ they will waive your appl fee.
You might want to look at Lawrence WI, Lake Forest College IL, Augustana college IL.
Also make sure you know if you can afford any of those schools... some of them are good with fin aid some not and your stats won't place you for great merit scholarships.

thanks a lot
