Chances at Yale, Princeton, Cornell, USC?

These are the colleges I want to apply to I know are more difficult to get into. So, please, tell me if I have at least a chance. Of course I have also some colleges that are "easier".

I'm an international student, Italian, white. My parents didn't even finish high school.

I study in a Liceo ('cause we have a lot of different kinds of school). Liceo is very difficult and it's the only kind of school you should choose if you plan to go to university. We students we all have the same required courses. Grades are from 1 to 10, but teachers usually don't give you more than 8.

Italian (writing and literature) 4 hours per week : 8
English (literature) 3 hours : 8
Latin (grammar and literature) 4 hours: 7
Ancient Greek (grammar and literature) 3 hours: 7
Philosophy 2 hours: 7 (maybe 8)
World history 2 hours: 8
History of art 2 hours: 8
Mathematics 2 hours: 7
Physics 2 hours: 7
Science 3 hours: 7

Average: 7,5

We don't have rank so I really don't know. I think I am the 4th or 5th of my class.

Schools here don't organize awards or many EC, practically none. (I live in a town of 800 inhabitants).

-Captain of volleyball school team for 7 years (and I played also outside school). We placed second two years, not a big competition actually, just a among schools of the area.
-I played piano for 3 years.
-I wrote a story online for fun that got more than 30000 views.
-I've been running a Gilmore Girls fan club for 3 years and I arranged a national meeting of us last year. I love this activity 'cause I met a lot of people, knew their stories etc.
-I volunteered in the library of my town (affiliated with my school), for elderly, in town things.
-Babysitting and repetitions.
-I worked for a friend of my mother photographing the houses she sells.
-I wrote a theater show acting by kids (and next year I'll probably write the show of my school)
-I enjoyed two screenwriting contests but I don't know the results yet.

I'm going to take the ACT plus writing planning to get at least a 30 composite.

This thread will be locked shortly b/c “chances” posts aren’t allowed on this forum. But a goal of ACT30 will not make you competitive for the schools you listed. You’ll be applying from the hyper competitive international pool where your fellow applicants will be boasting 34-36 scores. Please consider a wider list of American colleges. Also, you need to consider the tuition situation as well. Good luck to you.

Yeah, I know. I thought I was in the right section but I was not and I can’t find out why, I was right before starting a new thread.
Is there any way to delete this post? I thought I could in the same way I do in other forums but this one works differently. I’m sorry for all my posts and mistakes here, I’m just new and apparently kinda clumsy!
By the way I meant a 30+ in the ACT composite

^ agreed .

Even with a 33 won’t I be competitive? That was my last composite on practice test.

That’s a practice test. Taking the real test is different.
