<p>ok. white girl, catholic school, queens
3 year avg is 94.1, but i have a huge upward trend (fresh 91.1, soph 94.6, junior 96.8, and 1st trimester senior 97.0--all UW)
SAT I: cr 720 m 660 w 730
SAT II (this is where i really shine!) lit: 680 spanish reading(an incredibly disappointing): 620 i took chem also but i feel i've already embarrassed myself enough</p>

<p>one rec will be awesome, another...we'll see.
my school has basically A-B-C groups of classes--i've taken all honors for all 4 years--school offers no APs
rank 19/508 </p>

<p>ECs (not so stellar, but i do what i can)</p>

<p>school newspaper staff 11, editor 12 (10+ hours per week, all year)
blue & gold (school spirit/dance thing) 9,10,11,12 (12 hours per week, spring)
art guild 10, 11, 12
leaders club 10, 11, 12</p>

<p>volunteering
Operation FUN (camp for mentally challenged individuals) 11, 12 25 hours per week, 4 weeks
Respite program (elementary age mentally challenged kids) 12, 5 hours per week
Special Olympics 11 and most likely 12</p>

waitress at a pizzeria, 10-20 hours per week 10,11,12</p>

<p>NHS 11, 12</p>

<p>i just need chances for tufts, BU, and GWU

<p>YOU ARENT GETTING IN AT ANY OF THE SCHOOLS!!! WHO ARE YOU KIDDING??!?!??!?!?!?!!?!?</p>

<p>ahem, sorry i felt the need lol. But seriously - 2 SAT II's above 600 has almost no effect on an admission decision. It looks like your SAT I is over 2100.. which is stellar. You have an excellent gpa, you worked with special olympics and other challenged kids..</p>

<p>I usually don't give out the whole safety/match/reach spiel but here goes...</p>

<p>Tufts - Match/ Low Reach
Boston U - Match
GWU - Match</p>

<p>Suggestion... If at all possible, maybe apply to like 2-3 more schools? One school you could have as a safety that would give tremendous amounts of money to have you, and one or two as a reach (Ivy's). All of the schools you have listed I believe have 40,000+ tuition.. so just in case you don't get the package you want, you may want to have some options! Just my opinion though, and I am in the same boat as you are in (even though yours is more like a yacht), so don't weigh my opinion too much!</p>

i think ur more towards a match for tufts...
and i think boston is a very safe match for you.</p>

<p>i do reccomend you look for a little more schools to add to ur list though</p>
