Hi. I'm a white male from PA, wondering if I even have a shot at getting into Reed via regular decision.

Class rank: 141/496
Weighted GPA: 3.539
Unweighted GPA: 3.198
SAT I: V650/M660/W670

AP Exams
Economics-Micro: 4
Economics-Macro: 4
Eng Lang/Comp: 3
European Hist: 3

Senior year schedule: AP Physics Mechanical, AP Physics E&M, AP Calculus BC, AP Environmental Science, Honours English 12, Physical Education

I played school soccer in 9th & 10th grade, ran XC in 11th grade, and I'm doing track this year.
I'm involved in the robotics club, Students Against Violating the Earth club & leadership council.
Outside of school, I played intramural & travel soccer, coached a U-10 soccer team, referred, and worked at a ski mountain.
I also taught myself to play the acoustic guitar.
My teacher recommendations should be worthwhile, but I bet everyone's are.
I'm a decent writer too, if I take the time ...

That's about it. I know I could get a higher SAT I score, but I don't really want to retake it, and I haven't taken any SAT II tests yet. I'm not sure if I should bother. Please give me your opinion, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Also, I read on Wikipedia, among other sources, that Reed was known for hard drug usage. Is this still true to-day, and how common, widespread is it on campus? Are the professors really 'aging hippies'?
