<p>More likely at Rice, than Duke. Rice is a tad easier to get into. But your ACTs are just average for kids applying to those schools and your top 10% rank is, well, a commonplace for those schools as well. Ditto your ECs. Consequently, I'd say you have an average chance of getting into either of those schools: 10% - 15% at Duke. 15% or so at Rice. In short, don't count on it and pick good matches and safeties.</p>
