<p>Hopefully the AOs will focus on your ACT. I’m sure they won’t be mean and reject you just because of an accidental mouse click.</p>
<p>One strange part of your app is that you’re applying for a physics major, but you don’t seem to have a science-focused EC. Still, if you wrote about physics or an essay, or if you showed your interest in physics in some other way in the app, this shouldn’t be a problem.</p>
<p>One other small point is your 250 volunteer hours. Yes, that’s an impressive amount of time, but was the work you did really work? That is, were you doing something you cared about? The hours become a lot more meaningful if the service you were performing was meaningful.</p>
<p>Overall I think it looks good, and that you have an all right (above average) chance of getting in, especially if your essays are good.</p>
