Chances for a junior

<p>There are 205, but it is a mixture of private and public school kids. Newsweek gives you a decent representation of how competative your school is, but as you said, it can't be the sole source. However, class size does not really make a class competative, if you look percentage wise. It would be harder to be val in a bigger class, but 15 percent is not so hard.</p>

<p>Anyways, to try and answer the question, I think you have a decent shot at all of those schools, but I would get a couple ECs if I were you.</p>

<p>UF admission has been very competitive this year. I know many students that were rejected. I think that if you can squeeze out a slightly higher SAT score, you'd be set. I think you're set at UCF and USF for sure.</p>

<p>About competitiveness, our school is in the top quartile in Newsweek and we only have two students with 4.0s.</p>
