I got invited to apply with the Your Choice Application (only God knows why) so I applied using it, since it was, of course, free.

anyways, Fordham really isn't up there on my top choices of schools, the only reason I applied is because of the YCA.

But, how do I look anyways.

Gpa- 3.24
SAT- 1140 (awaiting new scores, took them last Saturday)
ACT- 25
A few EC's
Bar Mitzvah'd

LOL at “bar mitzvah’d” under your ECs.

Fordham sends out a Your Choice Application to everyone. Your GPA is low and so are your SATs. Low low chance of getting in.

Chance me threads are always frought with danger and differing opinions. I don’t like them, primarily because nobody here has an insight as to what admissions will really do, unless someone is clearly unqualified. You are not in that category. Fordham’s admissions stats are on the rise and its tougher to get in now than it was 5 years ago. If you retook the SAT, perhaps your scores went up 50 points or more and that will help you. Your gpa is not mentioned as weighted or unweighted. So its hard to tell. Further, while Fordham’s 50th percentile range is higher than your stats, they can and do make exceptions for the right people. All college admissions are quirky.

Since you have already applied, it is what it is, so I wish you good luck and hopefully some improvement in your SAT scores.
