Chances for a Pre-med for Law School

I'm sorry for this question (because in my mind, I imagine questions about chances may be annoying to others) but I was wondering if anyone could tell me what my chances for law school is if I'm a premed. My gpa is around 3.5, psychology major with two minors including chemistry, and I have pretty good extracurriculars but really all pertaining to med such as EMT and such.

Let's say if I score amazingly on the LSATs, at least 170 but preferably at least 175 - would I still have a chance to get into a law school such as Columbia or anyone ivy?

Oh and I plan to finish my pre-med requirements. Will that be bad too?

The only two things that matter are gpa and lsat. Major is nearly irrelevant.

There are several law school type sites that can estimate your ‘chances’.
