Chances for a scholarship?

Hi, I'm in state, and although Rutgers isn't my top choice, I'm feeling pretty dismal about my chances for $ at other schools. I was wondering if anyone could give me an idea about my chances for a scholarship...

GPA: 3.63 (weighted: 4.12) -- all honors/APs...B's in math and science
SAT: 2320
APs: 4-US History, 5-Lang
Taking Art History, Studio Art, Gov, Calc AB next year

ECs:
-Marching band 4 years (section leader and historian for 2 years), we place pretty well....go to nationals, etc.
-Percussion ensemble 4 years
-Piano since the beginning of time -- lots of misc. honors, ABRSM, blahblahblah
-Photographer for school newspaper 1 year
-Art things (passion for design/photography)....published in school magazine, work shown at the library, take portraits for $, etc.

Considerable # of volunteer hours at local art centers

And some random things....done part of a triathlon, tailor clothes, ballet, in correspondence with US soldiers....yeah...don't think any of that really matters haha.

Thanks!

Scholarships are generally based on class rank and sat. Top 10% and over a 1950 usually qualifies. If you are top 5% you have a great shot at a presidential scholarship with your sat score.

Ahhh damnnit haha, I’m definitely not in the top 5%…probably not top 10% either. My school’s really competitive.

Unfortunately Rutgers is all a numbers game when it comes to scholarship money - if you don’t hit the numbers you usually don’t get an offer. But you can always appeal and try to get something.
