Chances for BBA at Ross

So i posted a thread earlier about what the differences are, now i guess the next step is where i need to improve to get into the program.

Here's a basic idea of my scores:
3.86 UW GPA
SAT of around 2100 (estimate based off PSAT scores)
My Dad is an alumni of Ross Grad School and goes back every year to either give a lecture or recruit for his company

A member of: Student Government (1 Year), Varsity Baseball 3 years (JV for 1), Yearbook (Member 9th, Clubs Editor 10th, Candid Editor 11th, most likely Co-Editor in 12th), Amnesty International (3 years)

Leadership in: Jewish Club (member 4 years and president 4th), Amnesty International Club (member 3 years, president 3rd), and Club Jam (the Rock 'n' Roll Musicians and Appreciation Club, president for 4 years and founder). Also a Mentor for jr. high boys. Also partisipated in 2 two-week leadership programs through Camp Sea Gull and a counselor at Camp Sea Gull

Outside school:
3 years drum lessons (professional teacher)
3 years guitar lessons (professional teacher)
SCUBA ceritified by YMCA
Certified by US Sailing Association
Over 150 hours of volunteer work
Internship with Manheim UK in the UK for 4 weeks over summer of 10th grade. (very large auto sales corportation)
Internship with a major Adversizing firm in NY

any suggestions for improvements in the coming years would be good, some of these things are just predictions on what will happen. I will also probably take 5 APs. I am white and OOS from private school

Good chance, but it's really hard to say when it comes to Ross. I'm sure they reject plenty of highly qualified applicants every year, but I'd be surprised if you didn't get in.

Good chance, but keep in mind, getting into ROSS as a pre-admit is extremely tough considering that the acceptance rate parallels that of the ivies and other highly selective universities (not to mention even more selective then many of the ivies)

i dont know if this helps in the pre-admit application but i would be having a board member writing a Rec for me. he is friends with my dad.
