<p>Recommendations: from English & Spanish teachers I had last year, I’m on really good terms with both of them. My English teacher personally told me her rec was glowing and I’m sure both will be excellent. </p>
<p>Essay: Wrote about diversity & growing up in a predominantly white town, but with a bit of a twist. It’s not as cliche as it sounds. I’ve had tons of people (English teachers, family, friends, etc.) read it and I’ve been told it’s a very strong piece.</p>
<p>Extracurriculars:
- Dance - 11 yrs, 4 yrs in Senior Company, my studio’s performing company. My studio does full-length ballets each year for our winter and spring recitals and I’ve had lead and supporting roles in them since 8th grade. Each fall and winter we perform at local nursing homes and senior citizen centers for community service.
