Chances for Boston College, Villanova, Georgetown?

Hi, I am a high school junior. I expect to end this year with a 3.9 gpa unweighted, or 4 if I can get math to an A. My weighted gpa will then be 4.6 or 4.7ish. This year I am taking Spanish 4, Latin 2, chem h, precalc h, ap us history (B+) and ap English (A). Freshman and sophomore years I took all honors and my gpa averages to a 4 unweighted.
Next year I am taking art 2, Latin 3, physics h, ap stats, ap government, ap English, and ap Spanish. I hope to maintain a 3.9.
My awards are all academic, the only thing worth mentioning is that I got magna cum laude on the national Latin exam two years in a row.

My scores on the SAT without preparation were 640 math, 720 reading, and 730 writing. That's 1360 or 2090 including writing. I am currently working especially on math and hope to get my score to at least 680, CR should go up as well as I continue to learn vocabulary, so my SAT score could potentially be 1400+. I still plan on taking the ACT as well as 3 SAT 2s.

As for extra curriculars, I am part of National Charity League and get about 20 hours of community service per year through that. This year I was treasurer, next I will be corresponding secretary.
I am part of my school's cross-country and track teams and Interact Club, which raises money for international charity causes.
I also babysit and have a consistent summer job as an arts & crafts counselor at a tennis camp. I also participated at a collegiate program this past summer and a language immersion program the year before to skip a level of Spanish.
But my real area of passion besides language is the arts. I take art lessons on and off both in and outside of school and have since I was about 10. I also have taken piano lessons for years and hope to pick up the guitar soon.
That's pretty much it for ECs, I did not apply to National Honor Society so I don't know if that's a negative, I still can in the fall though.

I am a fairly strong writer so I don't think my essay would adversly affect me in any way, and I plan on getting recommendations from my Latin teacher of two years and my English teacher.

The main schools I am interested in are Boston College, Villanova, and Georgetown, so what kind of chance do you think I have for those? The reason I ask is because although my numbers seem to be compatible I have heard mixed things as to whether they would be reaches, comfortable goals, or even fairly safe for me.
The other schools I'm interested in that would likely be safe are Providence and Fordham. Also, I'm clearly going in the Liberal arts, I would probably major in English with a minor in another language.
Also, is there anything else I should be doing and any other schools I might look at?

Thank you so much for reading!
