Chances for BU/UW-madison/U. Rochester

I'm a Freshman in Stetson University in FL. btw I'm an international student.
My high school GPA was 3.1 (I did not do well...)
and I'm not trying to submit SAT score because it's around 1750...

ok...so I'm trying to transfer to University of Wisconsin - Madison/BU/University of Rochester as sophomore transfer.
I got 3.5 GPA for the 1st semester and I'm trying to get above 3.7 for spring semester.
and I don't have any ECs...(does it affect?)

Is international transfer harder? or easier?

what's my opportunity to get in?

Is it hard to get in as a transfer?

BU and URochester- reaches, except for UW-Madison

I’m not sure a 3.5-3.7 college GPA face the same odds a transfer as would a 3.1/1750.

What major do you intend to transfer for? I might have some recommendations to make; if you can afford BU (it’s incredibly expensive) you can afford those as well.

I’m majoring in Business ad but I think I’m going to apply as undecided.
I thought UW-madison was easier to get in compare to U Rochester.

Hardest -> Easiest ( What I guess)
U-Rochester/UW-madison/BU
