<p>Weighted GPA: 4.05 out of 5.0 (our school gives a histogram of GPA distribution, around 18% of our class of 450ish have GPA > 4.0, so this is pretty bad)</p>

<p>SAT II's : 800 Math II, 800 Chemistry</p>

<p>AP's : BC Calculus 5, Chemstry 5, Statistics 5</p>

<p>I have good math-related extracurricular/awards:</p>

<p>-2 time USAMO (USA Math Olympiad) qualifier (only like 400 ppl qualify nationally out of 300,000 HS participants)
- 3rd place in my state math competition.
- Member of the state math team at ARML, I scored 7 out 8 (top 50ish nationally)</p>

<p>I think you have a really good chance. </p>

<p>I don't think you class rank is really bad...I also go to a really competitive high school where many people have very good grades. This doesn't mean your chances of acceptance will not be as high. Personally, I think it shows you come from a very academic environment, though I may be wrong.</p>
