Chances for Colorado school of Mines

<p>I want to enter the Colorado school of mines in order to study Petroleum geology as its a very good school. However I was wondering what were my chances of being accepted.</p>

<p>My GPA is 3.3.
My SAT is 1670 (540 maths, 540 critical reading, 590 writing)
I am currently doing the IB Diploma.
I have done lots of extra curriculars such as 2 years varsity basketball, 3 years Archery, 3 years Amnesty International, 3 years International Award among some others.</p>

<p>What are my chances of being accepted.</p>

<p>Because engineering is so math intensive, it would be great if you raised your SAT. Other than that, your GPA is also a little low. Who knows, though. There’s a lot more to the application than what you have listed. </p>
