Hey everyone!
I am a rising senior and I am applying to Cornell Early Decision this fall. Do I have a chance? I am applying to CALS for Nutrition. Here are my stats:

ACT: 32 (E: 35 M:33 R:33 S:27 Writing: 9)
- science is not that great - should I retake the ACT in September?
GPA (on a 5 point scale) Weighted: 5.83
Unweighted: 5.0
Classes:
Freshman- 3 honors, 3 regular classes
Soph - 4 honors, AP US History (5 on exam), 1 regular class (gym)
Junior - AP Gov, Econ & Eng Lang, all others honors (I did two sciences)
Senior: AP Calc BC, French AP, AP psych, AP Chem, Rhetoric (a dual enrollment English course with a local community college) and I am a teachers aid for a freshman gym class

ECs:
Math team (state competitor all years)
Sports med club - volunteer sports med aid
Key club - started a school supply drive for an orphanage in Thailand
French club (hoping to be president this year)
French honor society
National honor society
Out of school mini medical school program
Volunteer at local hospital in the cancer center (I want to go into nutritional oncology)
Cross Country (varsity 2 years)
This summer I am interning with a nutrition professor at a university - all of her research is nutrition based

Also, I was born in Australia and lived there for the first 10 years of my life - does this count for anything? I am an Aussie citizen and a permanent US resident. My mom never went to college and my stepfather is African American. That probably doesn't count for anything haha but it's worth a try? :)

Thank you in advance! Cornell is my dream school and I am in love with their nutrition program! Sorry for any funky formatting - I typed this on an iPhone.
