I am a white female from the New England area and I’ve visited Dartmouth. I really fell in love with it. I know my chances are not great but let me know what you think/how I can improve my application.

ACT is maybe a little low but at least in the range of scores that Dartmouth tends to accept. I think the weakness is EC’s, as nearly everyone else applying will have the same/better EC’s as you. If you can focus on one activity in essays and argue that you’re truly dedicated to it, you might be able to make up for some of that.
