<p>my S is a freshman at pomona. your stats look competitive to me. i assume that you have high SAT scores to match the rest of your impressive resume. i am glad that the interview went well, since pomona is a very small school, they are interested in finding students who they feel will thrive at pomona (a very subjective thing!)</p>

<p>Michigan has only five students in this year's first-year class. Given your stats, if your SAT scores support your GPA, you stand a very good chance of being admitted ED.</p>

<p>i'm impressed with the number of volunteer hours you have. i'd mention that as much as possible (in a subtle manner of course) in your app. and your serving as president of your school's GSA chapter is awesome, and pomona would certainly embrace that.</p>
