This will be long, sorry, my last hope to find some ease

I hope to go to college and pursue some type of engineering degree. The classes I have taken at my high school from project lead the way have lead to my interest in engineering.

I did not push myself freshmen and some of sophomore year, and instead of getting an A in classes like health and computer applications, I got Bs. I have been steadily working my way up, pushing myself harder and harder junior and now to come senior year.

3.5 GPA (weighted
3.3 unweighted) Will be much higher after HS, but colleges look through junior yr.

Engineering CFLC (career focused learning community)

Senior yr courses

Pre-Calculus
AP World History
AP English IV
PLTW Digital Electronics
PLTW Civil and Architecture engineering
Honors Physics
Honors Law and Justics
Drafting II architectural engineering

Colleges I am looking in to
NCSU
Drexel
UNCC
FSU
Purdue

Going to NCSU is my top priority since its in-state. I know I can get into UNCC, but Id rather go to wake tech for engineering for a year and then transfer in. What are my chances at getting in to NC state engineering, and the above others? Any others possible?
Thanks
