Chances for getting into a CSU?

So here's the deal.
I want to go to a California State University, and then go into a nursing program.
I am VERY sure about this.
I want to either go to California State University Channel Islands (its nearby and has a great nursing program), or CSULA. A non-CSU like Mills is also something I'm interested in.

Race: Caucasian
Graduating year: 2010
Sex: Female
Location: CA
High School: Public (and really small)
Number of people in graduating class: around 40 (REALLY SMALL)
Rank: No idea.
GPA unweighted: 3.65

I'm taking the SAT soon, but on my PSATs I got 600+ on critical reading and writing, and 550 on math. I've been working on improving them.

EC's:
-Freshman Class president for ASB
-Junior Class President
-100+ Service Hours Sophomore Year
-180+ Service Hours Junior year @ hospital (And I'm continuing it this Summer)
-Starting major service project to benefit hospital in upcoming month

Bonuses:
-Hugh O'Brian Youth Alumni (Leadership thingy)
-Will be a CNA (certified nursing assistant) by the time I graduate

Problems:
-Freshman year in general was very bad, peppered with C's. 2.8 first semester, 3.08 second.
-2nd semester of Sophmore sucked, had a low GPA (2.4)
-Had to take a Geometry CP course but got "A" second time around
-Took year 1 of Spanish in Freshman year, and now I'm taking the 2nd year in Senior Year. Just worked out that way.
-Some attendance issues in Freshman and Sophomore year due to family problems, but nothing too big.
-Haven't played sports really at all since I go to a very small school that doesn't offer much.

So what are my chances, guys?

I think you’re good for the majority of the CSU’s, don’t worry about it. SDSU is getting more selective nowadays, but I think you’re fine for 90% of them!

I was kind of contemplating SDSU, I think I’ll still apply, but I’m not going to count on getting in.
Thanks for your response.
Anyone else?
