Chances for getting into prep school please help

I am a white female in the 10th grade an I attend a highly ranked public school in NY. I am not 100% sure whether i will repeat 10th grade at boarding school or go into 11th grade (leaning toward first option)
I row for my school’s crew team year round and my times are pretty good, and every day at workouts i am getting faster. I also play basketball as well but I took this year off to get my crew times better and plus my coach convinced me that in the spring I will be on the top boat if I did his training this winter (I am 5 ft 10 and a lightweight which is 130lbs)
I am a very strong English student and it is by far my best subject (never get less than an A/A+) All of my teachers I have had always acknowledged my natural talent for writing and ability to use words. I am currently in the semi-finals for a prestigious poetry contest in my region and I have made it to final rounds at several other contests years prior (school-wide, county-wide and state-wide)
I also played piano of many many years but took my sophomore year off so I could have more time to focus on school as science and math are my generally weaker subject (not failing but those grades are in the B range) I am in all honors classes for every subject (Honors Geometry, Honors Chemistry-which is the second hardest class the school offers including AP classes- Honors English ,AP World History and French III) This year in social studies I have all A’s because I have a better teacher who definitely favors me because of all the time and effort i put into his class but last year I ended the year with only a C+ in the Pre-AP class because I had a very poor teacher and I did awful on my final despite having B+ every quarter (which was considered to be golden because of how awful the teacher was and ridiculous the tests were)

I spent my past summer in France practicing the language and I really do enjoy my French classes (have taken it for nearly 5 years now) I did pretty well in it (B+/A-) and this year I will probably end with an A. I also took the gol and silver awards for the Grand Concours (national French exam) for the past 3 years, which is said to be a pretty recognizable achievement , so my teacher says.
I am also a part of my school’s English Honor Society, peer mentor program (a program that allows upper classmen in my school to tutor middle school students struggling in english or any other subject, but because of my prestigious reputation in the english department my teacher asked me to do it despite my being an underclassmen)
I am also enrolled in my school’s social science research programs and I attend a competition early an last year I got an Honorable Mention.
I have been a girl scout since kindergarten and I am currently working towards my gold award which should be completed by the spring. My project focuses on an outreach toward elementary school children so they have a high school “mentor” to look up to as well as livid a drug fee lifestyle. I strongly abide by the whole idea ofno drugs it is something that is a very close to me and I really hate seeing some of my closest friends taking the wrong paths by starting to smoke every day as I have recently lost my grandfather who used to smoke but his few years of smoking caused heart problems many years later which cost him his life. I really want to make a difference with drugsnd smoking in high school because now with all of the vaping going on it is such a popular topi.
I am pretty good at talking with adults, at least i thin I am. I believe my interviews will go pretty well at the schools I am applying to. My dad isa very active Exeter alumni and I have gone to every alumni reunion since I was a baby and overtime I have just fallen in love with the school and I am sad that now i have just come to the time where I am applying in 10th grade rather than in 8th or 9th.

I plan on getting good recs from my english and ss teacher. I think I should get a good one from my math teacher bc she sees how hard I work in class but my grades are not exactly golden. And I plan on asking my crew coach to write me one, though that may be hard because he is going to be devastated if I actually do transfer schools. I may also be able to get a good rec out of my english teachers of years past and my chem teacher bc he loves me.
In general my grades areas follows:
English: A in 9th, 10th
SS: C+ in 9th, A in 10th
French- B+ 7/8th, A- 9th, A- 10th
Science- Honors Bio 8th:B+, Honors Earth Science 9th: A+, Chem Honors 10th- A-
Math: A- 9th in honors algebra (and a 100 on the NYS regents!!), B 10th (honors geometry)

Also, i scored a 1250 out of 1500 on the PSAT which was 93rd percentile if that helps.
I may be missing a few of my accomplishments but thats generally it. My hook would be my athletics and passion for writing and maybe something to do with my girl scout gold award project. I also have its of community service hours logged form my summer as a crew coach counselor.
PS. my hometown is very wealthy and competitive, people in surrounding towns consider everyone eliving in my town to be in a bubble world, so it would be hard to talk about how it has influenced on my decisions, between manipulative girls, the whole world of drugs and partying and drinking and having parents who went to Ivy league schools and will pay for their kids to go to college.
So in all honesty, what are my chances for getting into any of the schools i am applying to? Or what other schools would you recommend me applying to to get into.

I think your chances for Choate are pretty good. How did your interview go?

I haven’t interviewed w choate yet but i did with all the other schools and they went very well. In fact, the external and eefrield crew coaches reached out to me personally because my interviewer liked me so much i guess!

I have no been to crash-b yet

I think it sounds like you are going to Exeter :)))) Good luck
