Also, i just want to share my feelings of my high school life with you.

About Music: Since i was very young, i've been listening to operas and i love classical music, thanks to my dad's influence. However, while i was in high school i met a friend who was willing to rap (conscious rap)(basically our taste of hip hop is kendrick, j.cole, lupe, common, kanye, nas, mos def, Mad villain, Joey Badass, Pro era, Chance the rapper, Ab-soul etc) so i pretty much have a polaristic taste of music. The reason that i wanna produce music is that if even one person can be healed by my music, i would be satisfied and willing to produce more songs.

About Economics - I used to get 40's 50s in my first year, but i worked my ass off to improve my grades and build up in depth knowledge of economics. As a result, i usually got 70's and at the end of my second year in high school i won a prize in a national economics competition.

I really wanna study economics/finance in those unis....... and simultaneously keep producing music.

In all honesty, i've done those activities or competitions for reasons, not like some students just trying to gain CVs,,,,

I'm not sure whether i would be accepted by those universities..... so can you please give me any constructed advices???

Peace out!!

ㅠㅠ Anyone??? :(

American universities dont want u to b indulged in a lot of ECs … its pretty good if u just carry on with only one or two ( in ur case , music ! ) and doing well in it ! They just need to know that how u spend ur time other than studies and how much good u r in it … as far as i see ur music talent … imma say one thing boy : YOU ARE A BEAST … sat score is good ! … Give it a shot , u might get in shaddy !
BOL

Berkeley: High match
HKU: Low reach

Are your safeties at home?

Guys thank you so much for your time

I really appreciate it!!! Gud luck for you guys too~!! :)

Hi there! what do you mean by safeties at home??? i don’t understand, :(

In your home country I mean.

nope,:(

The only thing i’m worried about is the transcript, coz my school is based on percentage,nd i’m generally above average, but from 3rd person perspective,it kinda looks bad,(not many people get 80 percent in our school for each subject,) i wish i’ve attended american high school.
