Hey- one more thread to go.. I heard international students who do not have U.S citizenship has less chance of getting scholarship than the U.S residents with the citizenship. Is that really true? Because i also don't have U.S citizenship but i'm desperately in need of financial aid. How much do US colleges offer to International students? Not in the total amount, but as in average for each individual. Give me some replies~ guys~thanks~~☆

I think HYPM and some other colleges offer need blind admission to international students, but it's really competitive anyway.

As far as I know, most of the colleges do take your financial need into consideration when they look at your application, which means it's significantly harder to get in, but I think it's definitely possible. (At least I hope)

i think you need to check out the collegeconfidential forum thoroughly. The international students section had exhaustive info on various aid and other scholarship factors that come for consideration.

Do some research and u'll find answers to most questions .... finally post any queries answered here....
