Thank you very much.

He would seem to have a pretty decent shot. His SAT scores are a little low. Is he interested in running at Lafayette? If so, he should get in touch with the X-C/Track coach, and that could offer him an additional boost in the application process.

Thank you.

No, not interested in running. But will probably be full-pay or ROTC. I hear those can be beneficial to an applicant. (Here’s hopin’.) :)

Looks like you have a great shot. Don’t mess up on the essay. Good luck.

What’s his intended major?

The 2nd degree black-belt is impressive and probably unique. Also, it helps if you’re not from NJ/PA, since those are the most common states at Laf (not intended to discourage anyone reading this from NJ or PA  )

He certainly looks like a reasonable match to me. His GPA’s are practically identical to my son’s, and he has more AP’s. (I think LC only gives AP credit for 4’s and 5’s, but at least he has challenged himself and a 3 is certainly not a bad score.)

Thanks for the feedback.

Most likely majors are Psych, French, or Govt & Law & Foreign Language.
