I was wondering what my chances are for:
UNC Chapel Hill EA
University of Michigan EA
UVA EA
Duke RD
Rice RD
Wake Forest RD
University of Miami (FL) EA
NC State (safety) EA

Some info about me:
Hispanic Male, resident of NC- I go to a recently established, but well-respected public school in NC.
GPA UW: 3.75
GPA W (6 point scale): 4.75
SAT: 740M 720CR 690W (9 Essay)
SAT II: 760 US History, 770 Spanish Reading, 780 Chem
APs: 5s in US and Env Sci, 4s in Spanish Lang and Chem

Senior Year courses:
AP Calc AB, AP Bio, AP Eng Lit, AP Human Geo - 1st semester
AP Calc BC, AP Bio, Honors Psych (may change to AP), Honors Civics&Econ(Required) -2nd
I expect 4s and 5s on all the APs I'm taking this year.
School is a 4x4 block schedule in NC. I moved from PA junior year. I couldn't take AP Eng Lang junior year because of scheduling issues, but I plan to take both AP Eng exams in May.

Essays: I worked on them a lot, revised them with my parents, and talked about my passions.
Teacher Recs: Teachers liked me, so I assume they are good.
ECs: XC(9-12) Varsity 11th and 12th. Indoor/Winter and Spring Track(9-12) Varsity 11th and 12th. We went to states in xc and in the 4x400m indoor track my junior year. I was very involved in running and I mentioned this in my essays. I was a "Kick-off Mentor" for incoming freshmen and tutored peers for precalc and Spanish. I participated in Church Youthgroup 9th-12th, working on highway cleaning pickups and helping inner city kids in a vacation Bible school.

I expect no merit aid (parents make $300k+). I'm currently undecided, but I have interests in biostatistics, economics, neurolinguistics, and minoring in Spanish (I know Rice doesn't currently offer this).

P.S. I skipped Spanish 4 and 5 when I moved, took AP for 3 months before the AP exam, and got an A. My teacher mentions this in her rec. I also asked for Brazilian Portuguese Rosetta Stone last Christmas and I'm currently self-teaching myself Brazilian Portuguese for a possible trip to Argentina and Brazil in 2014 during the World Cup.
P.S.S. I was born in UMichigan's hospital and both parents went to grad school there.
