Chances for me to get acceptance to UC Berkeley, UCLA, Cornell, Carnegie Mellon

Hey I’m an upcoming senior and is now stressing alot about colleges. I’m worried that my SAT and SAT II scores isn’t suffiencnt got the colleges listed in the title.

New SAT 1410 (640 reading)(770 math)
*Retaking in October

SAT II: 680 Physics (retaking Math II 660 first time lol ik it’s bad)

I took bunch of APs and gotten 2s on AP physics and comp sci. the other I got 4s and 5s

Are my sat and SAT II reach the average for those colleges? Btw I’m planning to major in Computer svience.

GPA? EC’s with any related to CS?

For the UCLA and UCB, they have their own GPA calculation: https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/
Post capped weighted and fully weighted.

Since UCLA/UCB are top schools especially for CS, you will need SAT II scores in the 700+ range and your SAT in the 1500+ range.

Too little information at this time to comment on your chances.

Current Stats:
New SAT 1410
SAT II Physic: 680

Unweighted GPA 4.00
UC Weighted GPA 4.64/Capped: 4.36 *using the GPA Calculator on rogerhub

UCLA/UCB are definitely within Reach. Much higher chances if you bump up your SAT score. SAT II subject tests are only recommended not required but to enhance your application, the higher the better for these scores.

Even with a High GPA/Test scores/Good HS course rigor, both schools are both tough admits.

UC Statistical Data for Freshman admits::::
Freshman admit rates for UC GPA of 4.20 or above (capped weighted):

UCB: 42%
UCLA: 54%

Best of luck.
