Is that really your UC GPA? It stands in stark contrast to your test scores. UCLA and Cal value UC GPA quite a bit.
Yes, GPA is bit low. Did not do well in one semester, got a few Bs.
You’re a mid reach for Berkeley and a low reach/high match for UCLA.
Apply to L&S at Berkeley for CS. L&S has a separate CS major and is much easier to be accepted into than the College of Engineering
