Chances for ND/BC/Georgetown/UPenn

I am a high school senior planning on majoring in business with a focus on international business. What do you think my chances of geting into these schools are?

Notre Dame (EA/RD)
Boston College (EA)
Georgetown (EA)
UPenn (RD)

State: Louisiana
ACT: 31 (35 English, 35 Reading, 29 Math, 25 Science) retaking in October
AP Score: 4 (U.S. History)

Strongest EC's
*- Founder and owner of my own small business, Fastlane Web Media, which I started my freshman year of high school.
- 2-year internship with the National Center for Preservation Technology Training (a government agency that is part of the National Park Service)
- 200+ volunteer hours at hospital including website design.
- Speech & Debate President *

Other EC's
-JCL (Junior Classical League) (went to state convention and placed in numerous competitions)
-NHS
-Ambassadors
-Tech Squad (including design of school website)

Major Awards
- Magna Cum Laude on National Latin Exam (2nd highest honor, 11th grade)
- #2 at State Literary Rally in Computer Science (9th grade)
- #1 at District Literary Rally in Biology (10th grade)

So, what do you think my chances are? I posted a similar thread a few days ago, but after getting only one response, decided to post a more concise version.

Notre Dame (EA/RD) In -test scores
Boston College (EA) In -business ec's
Georgetown (EA) -most likely in due to tough courseload
UPenn (RD) Reach

georgetown in? nd in? i'm pretty sure these schools are competitive enough to say it's a possibility

ND you can say a safe in, BC LOVES business, and georgetown loves good test scores. There's more signs leading to in that factors leading to rejection.

in at all except upenn, a crapshoot admissions wise.
