Chances for Notre Dame?

<p>My oldest D just applied to ND. Any thoughts on her chances would be much appreciated. </p>

<p>Private Christian school, graduating class will be about 250 kids</p>

<p>GPA 3.95 unweighted - school doesn't weight
AP Chem, AP Stats, AP Calc, Honors Biology, Honors English
ACT 32</p>

<p>EC's:</p>

<p>Cross Country 9, 10, 11, 12
Volleyball 9, 10
Track 9, 10
Student Congress 11, 12
Forensics 11, 12
Sunday School Teacher 11
Tutor 12
Homecoming Court 12
Academic Award of Excellence 9, 10, 11, and probably 12</p>

<p>If it matters, she is a cancer survivor, which she discussed in her essay.</p>

<p>3girlmom, I don’t want to sound pessimistic, but no one is “for sure” in. That said, she has a damn good chance. Have some backups, but buy an ND sweatshirt if you’d like.</p>

<p>she has good stats…but for sure though??? This year has the highest applicants ever in the United States history… Noone is guaranteed for admission.
But i have to say, she’s not bad at all!!</p>
