Okay, so I know the nursing school admissions are less selective than the other schools.
I was not going to apply at first because I really did not have much confidence in my stats....
My confidence has definitely improved from some acceptances, namely Michigan. My counselor told me I didn't have much of a chance there, so I had it as my reach school.
I love the philly area (from south jers) and the Penn program with its great relationships with the hospitals (and the fact that they're all right there!!!...and CHOP!) and the study abroad.
My stats are:
1340/1960 SAT
3.56UW, 4.6W
15%UW, 10%W
I have a ton of ECs, and am extremely involved with MUN, sports, volunteer stuff, etc.
all honors courses throughout hs + ap spanish, chem, ushist2, and english
large public
essay- my apeng teacher loved it and said my personality/voice really came through it. it was about my inspiration for going into nursing
recs are great too.

other schools I have been accepted to are nova, pitt, michigan, and case western reserve (all nursing)
I will be taking SAT2s in january due to the fact that my counselor told me to retake reg. sats in october instead of getting the 2s over with.....of course I went down in all 3 sections after paying a late fee. Insult to injury ahhaha.

Any idea on my chances? (my counselor is most likely going to kill me tomorrow when I tell him I want to apply to another school....)
