chances for NYU, Boston University and UMass

Hi everyone! I am a high school junior looking at NYU, Boston University, and UMass Amherst. I want to major in biology and then go to either med school or vet school

here are my stats:

unweighted GPA freshman year: 3.7
unweighted GPA sophomore year: 3.7
unweighted GPA 1st semester junior year: 3.87
cumulative GPA: 3.73
i plan to raise my junior year GPA to at least a 3.9 by the end of the year and plan to keep a 3.9 through senior year

AP exams: I'm taking the AP biology exam in May and hopefully will get a 4 or 5. During my senior year I will be taking AP Calculus AB, AP Law and gov, and AP environmental science and will hopefully get at least a 4 on the Calc exam and a 5 on the AP environmental science exam

SATs: i just took the sats for the first time in January so here are my results:
Math: 630
CR: 640
Writing: 690
I had an overall score of 1960
I am retaking them in May and i am going to work really hard to get 700s in each section or at least get above an overall score of 2000
I am taking the SAT II for Biology, Math, and Latin and planning to get at least 700 on all 3

Extracurriculars
I don't have many extracurriculars because I spend most of my time working at a horse barn which is a huge commitment. I spend about 10-12 hrs there per week during the school year and about 50 hrs per week in the summer. I teach kids about basic horse care and help teach them how to ride. I also ride and help the staff take care of the horses
Here are my other extracurriculars:
-Varsity outdoor track and field (freshman, sophomore and junior year)
-JV indoor track and field (freshman, sophomore year)
-JV cross country (freshman year)
-member of various school clubs
-camp counselor in the summer (freshman, sophomore, junior year)
-i also have worked at many other horse barns during my freshman and sophomore years
-i went to Tufts Adventures in Veterinary Medicine the summer after my sophomore year. this is a 2 week program where high school students experience Tufts school of veterinary medicine and learn what it is like to be a vet. Only 40 students are admitted based on an essay, 2 recommendation letters, and high school transcript

If you want to major in Bio, you should be looking at 5’s in AP Bio and AP Calc. Your SAT 2 plan looks great. Raising your SAT to 2100 will give you a significant bump, and would be make you a very strong candidate for BU and UMass, as well as a decent candidate for NYU. Keep your GPA up.

Write about how working at the horse farm as influenced your desire to study biology in the field.

You sound like you’re in MA - is this correct? That boosts your chances for UMass significantly, and BU somewhat.
