Chances for Cornell?!

I'm a white female high school junior from Long Island, New York.
I attend a large, public school that's fairly competitive. I have taken the most rigorous courses my school has to offer.
I would apply to the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences as an Animal Science major (I want to be a vet and hopefully attend Cornell's vet school as well).

Essay: Counselor loves it, about why I want to be a vet after witnessing a sick horse and how he was treated and cared for.

Please be honest, do I have a chance for Cornell? And if not, do you have any other recommendations for schools with good biology programs that will give me a good basis for getting into vet school in the future? Thanks! :)

That SAT score is a bummer, especially since Cornell only assesses the CR+M score and completely ignores writing. Retake your SATs pronto.

yeah, it might not be a bad idea to re-take SATs. If you really love Cornell, going ED would significantly boost your chances which, with those scores are iffy. Hopefully the Equestrian coach can write a letter for you?
