Chances for OOS junior?

Well, I'm only a junior, but I was hoping people more familiar with UVa could give me some of my chances to get in. It's really my dream school--the campus, the people, everything is incredible.

White male from PA
Large, but uncompetitive public high school
Hoping to major in biology for a pre-med track

GPA: 96.7/100 (unweighted)
School doesn't rank out of 4, but it'd be about a 3.9. (unweighted)

Rank: GCs are reluctant to tell, but I know top 10/400

SAT: not taken yet, score above 2200 on my practice tests, take SAT prep at school and have a tutor--counting on 2200+

Taking hardest courseload possible at my school. 3 APs this year, 5 more next year. All other classes are honors.

ECs
--volunteered at an international hip hop/aerobics competition (over 20 countries competing!) in Los Angeles the past two summers for over two weeks each summer; mainly gopher work, behind the scenes stuff; accumulated 200+ volunteer hours from this
--HIGHLY involved at my church. Picnic set up, bible school teacher, volunteer at breakfasts, etc. Altar server since 1999. Over the past 8 years, I've probably accumulated WELL over 1000 hours there. My priest would be willing to give an amazing rec on my work ethic and character if this would help.
--organizing the local Lions Club golf tournament with my dad this summer, getting sponsorships, organizing prizes...a big undertaking
--Spanish club (9, 10, 11, 12)
--golf team (11, 12)
--bowling team (9,10, 12); won most improved bowler in the scholastic league last year
--hoping to run for class secretary or treasurer, though this is obviously not a given

Work Experience
--job as a dietary aide at local hospital since October 2006; will be held until I head off to college, takes up about 15-20 hrs a week

Essays would be great. I put a lot of pride in my writing.
I think the recs would be great as well. My science teachers have a great relationship with me, and like I said, I can get one from my priest as well.

I feel like my ECs are somewhat weak compared to most people, but I hope that they show dedication in what I love. I'm also wondering...my volunteer experience at an international competition--is this a good hook? It's obviously not something seen every day, so I'm wondering if that helps, especially being out of state,

Thanks a lot!

a strong app so far but first get an actual sat score, "predicted" scores and such don't really do any good with your chances.

I understand it's tough! That'll change by May.

If it helps, I got a 204 on the PSATs, but with zero preparation. That won't be the case for my SATs.
