Chances for Purdue & GA Tech (Engineering)

We'll, here goes:

I've been really weird lately. At times, I can say to myself that I have very good chances at the two colleges that I really want to go to. Other times, I second guess myself. So, I'm putting this out here to get an opinion from some of you:

My first choice is Purdue.

GPA (UW): 3.4
GPA (W): 4.3

Tests: 2160 SAT, 31 ACT

Classes: All Honors, Freshman - Junior Year. Senior Year, 4 AP's. 4 Years of Social Studies, Science, English, Math, and Engineering (PLTW). 3 Years of Chinese and French. 2 Years of Computer Programming.

This year: AP Physics B, AP World Lit, AP Human Geo, Mandarin Chinese 3H, AP Calculus AB, Digital Electronics H

Clubs/Activities:
-Civil Air Patrol, 3 years (as of 7/13). C/SMSgt. Squadron's Training NCO
-Chinese Club Vice President (Sophmore & Junior Year)
-Miracle League Volunteer
-Nat'l Honor Society
-Director of Events, Cayman Airways Virtual
-Varsity Sailing, 2 Years

Any advice would be appreciated!

I cant say anything but why Purdue? GA Techs engineering is lot better than purdue’s. My brother is doing his MTech and although its heavily focused on academics, he loves it there.

Before this gets to a “This college is better”, any college is open to me. I want to know where I stand for Purdue and GA Tech

Purdue is rank #10 while GA Tech #5 in engineering by USNews this year. Actual ranking may depend on specific majors. It is hard to say which one is absolutely better.
Anyway, your ACT and SAT are within the mid 50 range for these 2 engineering schools. However, you uwGPA is a bit low. They would be a high match to low reach for you.
