-Founding captain of debate team</p>
<p>lots of community service, 200+ hours tallied at least</p>
<p>Looks strong for a Presidential Scholarship ($25,000 and Honors Program). A longer shot for the DHS (full tuition, additional application required) but you should try. Also might want to try for the Community Service Scholarship. Less money, but it can be added to a merit scholarship and so can total to the same amount as the DHS, or at least very close.</p>
