<p>Started out with a GPA in the 2.8-3.0 range, but all of a sudden his junior year he's made a 4.0 both semesters.</p>
<p>Wants to major in Biology and go to either a Big12 or Big 10 school.</p>
<p>Where should he apply, and what would be his reaches, safeties, and matches?</p>
